My Department
Really it is improving day by day. Because of new thoughts and new hopes of young blood Hon'ble Mr. Sachin Pilot, who has dremed to change the look of this department and feel of people about this department.
A time ago whenever i would think about post office i could imagine an old room or old-fashioned building in which some people work of posts, their look had been same as postman.
Reason is only postman is the person that is concerned to public specially in villages. And poor, simple men work as postman in villages at fixed wages. So they live like uneducated persons and talk in same style that make thought of people like above i have stated.
But in a few past years, not only department is changing the look through the changes in buildings and infrastructures but it is recruiting new bloods also. That is most powerful reason which will change the idea of public like me.
But the two matters may be stand a problem in the way of development.
1. Major Public Contractor (Postman) must be changed in their way of living and talking to customers like professional.
2. Sufficient Staff should be provided so that not only the work may be completed at time but also behaviour with customers only may be changed by limit of work.
Because the unlimited hours of working and pendency of Works make behaviour rude.
But i am asure that it will be improved shortly.
